La Paloma - This refreshing delight uses Maestro Dobel tequila, Squirt Soda and a squeeze of lime. This is the drink that the Latin Locals drink!

Mint Leaves, pure cane sugar, hand muddled and
topped with Soda.
Guacamole Fresco - Guacamole made fresh at your table using your choice of fresh ingredients, served with fresh white corn tortilla chips.
Tres Queso Dip - Cantina’s queso dip, a blend of Chihuahua cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and queso fresco infused with traditional Mexican spices and garnished with pico . Served with fresh white corn tortilla chips. Add Chorizo.
Quesadillas - Mexican blend of cheeses then stuffed with your choice of carne asada, chicken tinga or pork carnitas.
Marina Nachos - Fresh white corn tortilla chips topped with your choice of meat, chihuahua cheese, sour cream, green onions, pico and guacamole.

Ceviche - Scallops, shrimp and Mahi cured in lime juice with a hint of jalapeno. Tossed with cilantro and pico and served with fresh white corn tortilla chips.

and served over a bed of greens with sweet habanero cocktail or coconut honey mustard.

Hot Chicken Salad - Our hot chicken salad is to die for! Sautéed broccoli, roasted red peppers, potatoes & grilled chicken tossed with chipotle ranch and served over mixed greens.
Caesar Avocado - Chopped romaine tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, croutons
and parmesan cheese then topped with marinated artichokes and sliced avocado.

Steak Fajita Salad - Marinated skirt steak sautéed with seasoned red peppers, poblano peppers and onions. Served over mixed greens and tomatoes and topped with a Mexican cheese blend and crunchy tortilla strips. Served with Avocado Ranch.
Spicy Mango - Blackened chicken or steak, roasted red peppers, mango, caramelized shallots, red onions, tomatoes and tortilla strips over crisp romaine. Served with coconut honey mustard.
Taco Salad - Your choice of grilled chicken, carne asada or pork carnitas served with shredded lettuce, pinto beans and rice in a fried tortilla shell. Topped with sour cream, pico, shredded cheese, guacamole, Chihuahua cheese and chipotle ranch.
Chicken Chapatula - Chicken, shrimp, chorizo sausage, onions and tomato sautéed in a creamy chipotle sauce served over a bed of rice. Served with corn or flour tortillas.
Cheesy Chicken - Grilled chicken breasts smothered with our queso cheese blend and served over a bed of rice with a choice of side. Prefer mole sauce, we make ours and all sauces from scratch.
Chiles Rellenos - A roasted poblano pepper stuffed with Chihuahua cheese then fried
lightly in a traditional Mexican egg and flour mix, topped with our signature chile ancho sauce.

Tampiquena Steak - A marinated 12oz rib eye steak topped with a “Tampico” style sauce made with Chihuahua cheese and a mix of roasted red & pobalano peppers with onions in a spicy tomato sauce. Served with your choice of sides. Just want a plain steak, no problem!
Pork Verde - A plentiful portion of pork carnitas topped with our medium spiced verde sauce. Served with rice & pinto beans, traditional accompaniments and corn or flour tortillas.
Southwest Seafood Cioppino - Seafood cioppino traditional to coastal Mexico. Made with tomatoes, shrimp, scallops, calamari, mussels, clams, salmon and the catch of the day.
Diablo Shrimp - Jumbo shrimp sautéed with roasted red peppers, artichokes, and onions in a spicy tomato sauce over a bed of rice. Served with corn or flour tortillas.
Mojo Grouper - Fresh grilled grouper topped with a Mexican style scampi sauce. Served with vegetables and choice of side.
Chipotle Planked Salmon - Fresh cut of chipotle rubbed salmon, broiled on a cedar plank then finished with chipotle pimiento, served with vegetables & your choice of side.
Baja Shrimp - One dozen jumbo shrimp topped with a jalapeno garlic tapenade then broiled to perfection. Served over rice and choice of side. Very spicy!
Cantina Crab Cakes - Cantina’s homemade Spanish style crab cakes served over a bed of greens and topped with a creamy chipotle drizzle. Served with rice and your choice of side.
Pescado del Día - Ask your server about our fresh catch special of the day. Served with your choice of two sides.
Grouper Imperial - Lightly pan-fried fresh grouper topped with lump blue crab and a lemon beurre blanc, served with vegetables and choice of side.
Cantina Shrimp - Shrimp sautéed with portabella mushrooms, red peppers and poblano peppers in a garlic & white wine sauce. Served over a bed of rice.
